Do you love to eat Japanese foods, especially ramen? If yes, read along as we know more about this ramen house in Marikina satisfying their customers one bowl at a time.
authentic Japanese cuisine |
Jenny Ramen House is located at Bayan-Bayanan Ave., Marikina. They boast their affordable, authentic, and steaming bowls of ramen but not limited to that. They also serve bento box meals, curry rice, maki, sushi, sashimi, salads, etc.
We visited their Japanese-inspired place to have a taste of their offerings and were immediately welcomed by these cute Japanese lanterns, signage, and wall graffiti.

We ordered a little bit of everything so we can have a taste of everything and here is how it looked.

They were served accordingly and each plate and bowl just looks perfect! Lol. Gab and JP, are you ready to dig in? Looks like we are in for a great eating experience! What we had that time were the following:
Okonomiyaki
Overload Roll Maki
Ebi Tempura
Kani Salad
The Okonomiyaki was really nice! It's like eating a flat Takoyaki with a lot more flavor and easier to eat. They serve it with a generous amount of Bonito flakes and full of veggies & meat including bacon! A perfect combination for my taste. Lol.
Though I don't eat maki rolls, I tasted their overload roll maki version and I was able to honestly enjoy it. I think I will now be more open to tasting other maki roll versions because of this. Great job Jenny Ramen House!
Since JP is allergic to shrimp, Gab and I shared the Ebi Tempura. I still remember eating this with all the crunchy breading scattering everywhere on my first bites and I think that is a good sign. Haha! With this, JP ate more of the Kani Salad and will recommend it to his family and friends. It's that good, huh?! Babalik agad yan? Haha!
P.S. They offer unlimited Ebi Tempura service!
Tonkotsu Ramen
Tonkotsu Ramen |
Tantan Men Ramen
One of their flagship products is ramen so feel free to avail of their unlimited package. Yes, They also have an unlimited ramen package for those who are "ramen addicts". Though both tasted great, the Tonkotsu Ramen leads as per our group's verdict. Hehe. It actually doesn't matter if you avail of their unlimited promo since you can order different kinds and flavors of their ramen one bowl at a time. G? G!
Even though their place is quite limited in terms of space, every eating corner is comfortable enough for one to enjoy all the Japanese cuisines available inside. By the way, they are located on the 2nd floor of the building so make sure to look up so you won't miss them once you are near the area.
If you see the stairs with the red Japanese lanterns installed, you are going up the right alley. After that, enjoy everything.. The Japanese vibe, food, feels, and everything in between (including some macha & avocado ice cream after) just like we did.

ReplyDeleteAs a family who loves Japanese cuisine, I cannot express my gratitude enough for this wonderful review of Jenny Ramen House in Marikina. My family and I recently had the pleasure of visiting this Japanese-themed restaurant and we were blown away by the authentic and affordable dishes they offer. For my daughter who has a shrimp allergy, we shared the Ebi Tempura, which was perfectly crunchy and delicious. Meanwhile, my husband and I indulged in the Tonkotsu Ramen and Tantan Men Ramen. While both were excellent, the Tonkotsu Ramen was the clear winner for us. Jenny Ramen House is a must-try and must-visit restaurant for any Japanese cuisine lover in Marikina. And with their unlimited ramen and Ebi Tempura packages, you can enjoy all their dishes to your heart's content.
