We decided to have our breakfast somewhere high on a random day and it seems this place has been making a name of its own on this famous highway strip for motorcycle riders. I have seen a few features about them already before our visit so I guess it's my time now to do one for them.
Wyndell's Al Fresco food place is located along the Marilaque highway literally just beside the road. Their signage is quite big and hard to miss but using some directional maps and applications should be on top of your list to guide you for reference.
We reached the place around 7:00 AM and it was drizzling a little. I was kind of happy expecting to see some chunk of clouds in any of our view and true enough it delivered. It was cold and windy making our stay in between relaxing and chilly. Well, I personally like that kind of vibe but I was just wearing shorts at that time so I was feeling a bit cold.
It was still early so we were treated to enjoy the place with only around 2 tables occupied.

As we order our food, I roamed a little and discovered that they also have a samgyupsal place ready to serve. I think it is a great feature to compliment the cold weather here. Great job Wyndell's!

I also initially thought that they only have a single floor but it seems their place is bigger than I thought. The dining area above with the overlooking view is the one leveled with the highway but they still have other floors below for additional dining capacity.
It's literally eating beside nature which is something awesome to experience.

For that cold morning, we had the classic cheeseburger, bacsilog, and chicksilog. Isn't it funny that what we ordered were the regular breakfast meals that we could have gotten at home or somewhere near our place? Haha! Anyways, here are their pictures:

I like my cheeseburger, especially the fries! It tastes super close to one of my favorite US-based fast food chain. They also have great condiments prepared on each table plus the branded tomato ketchup they use is also my go-to choice so they are serving me pretty well. Lol.
I left all the bacon to dad's but I tried their chicken meal (mom's) and was really impressed by its flavor. I actually took home all the chicken leftovers, especially all the skins and made it my lunch. It was really that good aside from the fact that I am a little biased when it comes to chicken. Haha!

The Christmas music added fun to the relaxing vibe which made our stay here very enjoyable. And with this kind of view and cold temperature, I would not be surprised why many people would intentionally visit or schedule a dine-in experience here just to unwind or break their routine.

Going back? Why not!? I was just thinking that if I will be good enough to traverse this highway using my bike then it's a great motivation for me. Well, I don't know when will it happen or if will it ever happen (Lol), but one thing is for sure, that Wyndell's Al Fresco is now on the map.
