Cafe Cristina bar & resto in Boso Boso hotel

It seems Antipolo really has many hidden gems that are just waiting to be discovered and this overlooking cafe seems to be one of them. Well, the view is just undeniably beautiful especially when the relaxing wind blows. How about a space with a sight like this, are you game?

Cafe Cristina bar & resto at Antipolo is where this shot was taken. They are located inside the Boso Boso hotel. Reaching them is very easy as just a single turn using the Marilaque Highway is needed and that's it. It's hard to miss them as a big "BOSO BOSO" signage can be seen on their facade.

Once your enter the gate their wide parking lot will welcome you with its nature-ish front.

The reception area is as beautiful as the cafe's counter because they are located just beside each other on the same floor. Lol. It's actually a great idea to do so because the lobby can serve as a waiting area for the cafe too.

It's quite efficient if you ask me because decorating it beautifies both spaces already. We visited in November so the Christmas decorations were installed.

I like how simple their dine-in vibe is because the overlooking view of the Sierra Madre mountains outside is already enough to make the experience quite unique. There is even a bonus scenery here where you can see the statue of liberty from their outdoor dining spaces so make sure to watch the video below.

This was personally my second time visiting the place because the first one was a random and impromptu dine-out. Well, this one was still short-noticed but at least I am more in my senses than before hence this blog post is created.

From this dining experience, we had the following:

The nachos were pretty nice as they came in different colors. And aside from them tasting usually great, consuming them with the salad is just a perfect combo. I always eat my nachos with greenies (lettuces) and if you haven't tried that yet, you are missing something delicious.

Their bacon cheeseburger serving was quite big and I was having a hard time getting my first bite of it. I also enjoyed my mocha frap as it was really really good. I would like to compare it to one of my favorite brands we have here which is really a great compliment. I would order one again on my next visit.

We also had their blend pitchers (red and green) as our drinks and they tasted a bit similar to the red iced tea of some other food restaurants. They are actually good aesthetics when taking pictures while inside the establishment especially its the Christmas season so feel free to do so.

They also serve cakes, pastries, and even pasalubong items if ever you wanted those. We actually bought some shingalings and kalamays there as our take-homes.

During our short stay here, there were a lot of big groups coming in to eat and they were all served accordingly. I mean with their current setup, they are doing a great job managing the space despite its size. Good thing many of their tables and chairs were that flexible so well done, Cafe Cristina!

I would not mind going back and trying other items on the menu. I am actually looking forward to experiencing that drizzle again just like the last time as that foggy moment is super cool.
